Job Description
To provides expertise in structured financing for funding business acquisitions and leveraged buyouts, ownership and generational transitions, leveraged recapitalizations and expansion finance. The Deal Maker – Leveraged Finance will also oversee and manage a suite of debt products including structured working capital solutions (Debtor Finance, Invoice Discounting, Stock Financing, etc).
• Define, lead and manage the execution of the specialized structured financing strategy and tactical plan.
• Develop and roll out tailor made structured financing solutions for Commercial clients.
• Drive the acquisition of new business and the management of the existing customer base,
• Take the lead in financial modelling and cash flow analysis for structured financing solutions.
• Structure complex specialised lending proposals and compile proposals in collaboration with the Commercial teams for presentation at credit committees
• Mine portfolio data and identify opportunities for... driving advances growth.
• Develop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships with key external stakeholder and within the FirstRand group.
