(We currently have nearly 5000 agents from 85 countries using the site)

Location:

Ideally based in our offices near Bath but can be flexible

Full time role (4 days a week possible for the right candidate)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with travel industry experience (compulsory) to join our team and lead our marketing efforts.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be working across both travel agents/tour operators marketing initiatives as well as activity to encourage product sales. You will be responsible... for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive traffic to and engagement on our website. You will work closely with teams to execute campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and optimise strategies to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic and user engagement.

· Plan and oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email and affiliate marketing.

· Create 3rd party partnerships to increase the number of agents using the platform

· Analyse marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends and optimise strategies for continuous improvement.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging innovations to drive a competitive advantage.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field

· Proven experience (+5 years) in a recent marketing role

· Experience in the travel industry is a must

· Strong analytical skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across team and influence stakeholders.

· Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
